Chauffeur – Terms and Conditions

The vehicle offered shall be restricted to a Normal Sedan. (Toyota Camry or Similar) In case of Luxury, kindly contact our call center on +971543082573. Note this is applicable for airport transfer SHJ to any Emirates. In case of Dubai the Luxury vehicles tariff shall apply.
You can upgrade the vehicle to a 07 seater or a luxury sedan by paying an additional amount. (Sharjah - AED 20, Dubai - AED 30, Other Zones - AED 50). The additional amount needs to be paid to the driver during the transfer.
There will be an additional amount of AED 50 for the transfer to/from Abu Dhabi & Al Ain in view of COVID restriction (COVID test charges) between borders.
On arrival the guest shall report at our Sayara Kiosk situated just after the first exit door in order to avail the service.
For Arrival transfers, waiting charges will be applicable after 1 ½ hours of actual flight landing time (we have a 24x7 desk to track the actual flight landing + Airport Coordinators).
For Departure transfers, waiting charges will be applicable after 30 minutes of actual reporting time.
The waiting charge will be AED 50 per hour.
In case of any stoppage during the transfers, AED.50/- will be applicable. Each stoppage cannot exceed 15 minutes.

In view of COVID restrictions & as per UAE precautionary measures the seating capacity per vehicle would be as specified as per UAE Law.

More than 24 Hours prior to the reporting time - 100% of the amount will refund.
Within 24 Hours to 12 Hours to the reporting time - 50% of the amount will refund
Within 12 Hours to the reporting time - No refund
