Sayara Rental's Terms and Conditions

1. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates
2. United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
3. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
4. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
5. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
6. https://www.sayararental.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates
7. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

U.A.E Residents

• Valid UAE driving license is a must. (Must be minimum 1 Year old)
• Copy of Passport with valid resident visa page
• Emirates ID (Both sides)
• Valid credit card Copy 

Non – Residents

• Valid credit card Copy
• Valid International Driving License backed with a copy of your local home country license.
• Copy of Passport with visa entry stamp page
• Please note that in case your visit or tourist visa in UAE is changed to Residence visa , you need to obtain a UAE driving license and the same with a copy of your passport with residence visa page has to be submitted immediately to Sayara.
• Tourists from all GCC Countries , Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States are permitted to drive with their respective local driving license. (You may check official RTA Website for updated list )

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI)

The PAI for the driver is included in the basic rental rate. PAI for the co-passengers can be purchased at an additional cost. Purchase of PAI provides for compensation to the occupants in the unfortunate event of any physical injuries or death but does not include hospitalizations.

The insurance excess deductible payable depends on the type of additional insurance availed by you at the time of booking or hiring the vehicle as mentioned below:

INSURANCE EXCESS:

If (CDW/SDW) is NOT purchased, the hirer will be charged an Insurance Excess based on the below criteria.

• Hirers’ fault: Full Amount of Insurance excess to be paid
• Hit and Run: Full Amount of Insurance excess to be paid
• Full Amount of Insurance excess chargeable: Not Applicable as Insurance Excess is Covered

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW):

On purchasing CDW, the insurance excess liability in event of an accident is limited to 50% of the deductible based on the below criteria.

• Hirers’ fault: 50 % of the Insurance excess to be paid
• Hit and Run: 50 % of the Insurance excess to be paid
• Full Amount of Insurance excess chargeable: Not Applicable as Insurance Excess is Covered

SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (SCDW):

On purchasing SCDW, the insurance excess liability will remain as follows:

• Hirers’ fault: Not Applicable as Insurance Excess is Covered
• Hit and Run: Not Applicable as Insurance Excess is Covered
• Full Amount of Insurance excess chargeable: Not Applicable as Insurance Excess is Covered

• All prices are payable in UAE Dirhams via Credit cards.
• 5% VAT will be applicable on every transaction.

Daily / Weekly / Monthly Rentals

A preauthorization/deposit of a minimum of AED 1500 or higher depending of the segment of vehicle rented will be blocked / Purchased on a valid credit card and will be released or refunded 40 days from the date of off-hire. Please note Preauthorization / Block amount may differ depending on the vehicle. For all rentals, payments are to be made in advance along with deposit

We deliver Free within our Branch limits, beyond it there will be additional charges

• Vehicles rented from airports and dropped of at any other airport – service charges will be additional charges excluding the airport parking fee.
• Non Airport Locations: Vehicles rented from other locations and returned to any of our locations is subject to additional drop off charge.

Toll Tax (Salik) will be charged AED 5.00+VAT per crossing in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The above charges are subject to change without any prior notice.

There will be additional 15% charges applicable above the tariff fines as management fee along with VAT

Daily & Weekly Rental

Additional driver fee is applicable

Monthly Rental

Additional driver fee on Monthly rentals starts from AED 150 per month

VRF charges are inclusive with our rental rates

The insurance does not cover any accidents / damages if the vehicle has been driven under the influence of alcohol / drugs or used for racing, towing and off-road driving or any other activity considered against the UAE law. Any Such violation of law would make the hirer liable to pay for the total damages to the vehicle and any ancillary damages caused.

Age Restrictions

Minimum age requirement for driving rented vehicles is 25 years.

Government Charges - Vehicle Impounding / confiscating

Incase if vehicle is impounded by the authorities for any violation of the Law the customer will be liable to compensate Sayara for both the Impounding charges and loss of rental.

Daily/ Weekly/Monthly Rentals

Daily Rental : 350km/day

Weekly Rental : 1500Km/week

Monthly Rentals: 4000Km/month

We advise our customer to return the vehicle with the same fuel as received. In case the fuel is lower than the fuel given, Sayara will add surcharge on top of the actual fuel cost.

Rental Charges are based on a 24 hour basis.

• The vehicle offered shall be restricted to a Normal Sedan. (Toyota Camry or Similar) In case of Luxury, kindly contact our call center on +971543082573. Note this is applicable for airport transfer SHJ to any Emirates. In case of Dubai the Luxury vehicles tariff shall apply.
• You can upgrade the vehicle to a 07 seater or a luxury sedan by paying an additional amount. (Sharjah - AED 20, Dubai - AED 30, Other Zones - AED 50). The additional amount needs to be paid to the driver during the transfer.
• There will be an additional amount of AED 50 for the transfer to/from Abu Dhabi & Al Ain in view of COVID restriction (COVID test charges) between borders.
• On arrival the guest shall report at our Sayara Kiosk situated just after the first exit door in order to avail the service.
• For Arrival transfers, waiting charges will be applicable after 1 ½ hours of actual flight landing time (we have a 24x7 desk to track the actual flight landing + Airport Coordinators).
• For Departure transfers, waiting charges will be applicable after 30 minutes of actual reporting time.
• The waiting charge will be AED 50 per hour.
• In case of any stoppage during the transfers, AED.50/- will be applicable. Each stoppage cannot exceed 15 minutes.

• In view of COVID restrictions & as per UAE precautionary measures the seating capacity per vehicle would be as specified as per UAE Law.

• More than 24 Hours prior to the reporting time - 100% of the amount will refund.
• Within 24 Hours to 12 Hours to the reporting time - 50% of the amount will refund
• Within 12 Hours to the reporting time - No refund
